I used pull quotes with different sizes and colors to break up blocks of body text.  The magazine focuses on the arts and culture, so I thought the more organic and expressive nature of my font made sense and matched the publication’s creative energy.

Using Adobe InDesign I designed the typography and imagery for the cover story of a fictional magazine titled ‘Magasin’. The headline article is about the musical group 100 Gecs. I created a visually engaging layout of photographs and shape graphics to complement the more simple format of the body text. I developed a unique, drip-style font featured in the magazine title in the table of contents section
